CHEORS- Complete HEOR Solutions is searching for highly motivated individuals with database studies experience in the field of HEOR.

Desired Skill and Experience:

  • Expertise in (bio)statistics, data science & other common analytical field
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; advanced mathematical abilities.
  • Expertise in claims-based data analysis, along with an understanding of the various claims-based, patient-level data available, including pros and cons
  • Proficient programming skills in SAS including creating and merging data. Other required SAS skills include summarizing administrative claims data to person-level and event-level data, creating analytic variables (e.g. procedure and diagnosis flags); including using ICD-9, ICD-10, CPT and NDC codes, study inclusion/exclusion criteria, continuous enrollment, etc.
  • Experience writing rigorous study proposals and protocols
  • Ability to review and interpret results and compare them to the existing literature
  • Established record of publications
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage timelines
  • Use subject matter and technical expertise to identify and define research questions and data elements and integrates them into research design.

SAS Programmer

Position: SAS Programmer

Job Description: The selected candidate will be responsible for the following:

  1. Data cleaning and manipulation using SAS
  2. Writing and reviewing SAS codes
  3. Conducting statistical analysis using SAS based on the project requirement
  4. Generate result tables, figures, etc. based on desired format using SAS
  5. Develop standard macros using SAS for frequently used programs/based on the team’s requirement
  6. Taking initiative to decipher and customize existing codes/macros
  7. Mentoring junior team members

Requirements:

  1. Candidate should have expertise in statistical programming (e.g., descriptive analysis, regression analysis, etc.) using both base and advance SAS (Proc SQL, macro, etc.)
  2. Capable of developing their own codes using Base SAS/SAS-STAT/SAS-GRAPH with relevant experience of 3+ years
  3. Hands-on experience in handling large data
  4. Well-versed in developing SAS macros and efficiently automating codes developed by others
  5. Experience in developing codes based on tables, listing, figures, and programming specification
  6. Generating reports in desired format (.rtf, .csv, etc.) using SAS
  7. Experience working with different engines like Oracle, Redshift, etc. (preferred)

Associate Director, Business Development

Job Description

We’re looking for a passionate, energetic individual to help us launch and grow the CHEORS business line in the life science industry.  As an Associate Director of Business Development, you’ll be responsible for identifying and developing new client and business opportunities and managing strategic client relationships.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop and manage client relationships to ensure CHEORS achieves commercial targets
  • Identify and cultivate prospective clients
  • Directly drive sales of solutions in support of pharmaceutical clients’ present and future needs
  • Utilize market knowledge, industry contacts and strategic account management to grow CHEORS existing business pipeline
  • Quantify and demonstrate value of CHEORS solutions through direct client interaction, webinars, conferences and other means as appropriate
  • Evangelize and provide thought leadership on the value of CHEORS innovations (white papers, publications, presentations)
  • Participate in professional trade shows to ensure product visibility and lead generation.
  • Translate market needs and client feedback into product development strategy

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree
  • 5+ years pharma and/or other healthcare related experience
  • Demonstrated success in business development and sales within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Knowledge of healthcare consulting and economics. Ability to understand and articulate the value provided by CHEORS
  • Prior experience with new life science industry product launch is high desirable
  • Demonstrated high level of performance in a competitive, dynamic marketplace.
  • Demonstrated analytical, organizational, creative problem solving and structured communication skills
  • Must be able to travel 50% or more.

Contracts Specialist and Personal Assistant to CEO

Summary

We’re seeking an individual with knowledge and experience in contracting to join the CHEORS team. As a Contracts Specialist and Personal Assistant to the CEO, you’ll be responsible for preparing and managing contracts along with other business administration tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage contracts
  • Enter invoicing milestones in system
  • Track completion of milestones
  • Prepare and manage change orders
  • Manage, create and submit invoices
  • Manage and process expense reports
  • Personal assistant to CEO

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5-10 years contracting experience
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, drive and work ethic
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Life Sciences/or other healthcare related experience a plus
